- Do you accept mail orders?
- Yes, and for your convenience we have an order form you can download and mail to us. You will need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open the order form. Acrobat Reader is a free download from the Adobe Corporation.
- Do you do custom orders?
- Yes we do. Gifts for Rails can produce custom pins and patches. Send us you color artwork and the quantity you want and we will give you a price quote.
- Do you have a store?
- Gifts for Rails sells only through the internet, we do not have a store location.
- May I return merchandise?
- All returns must be pre-approved. Contact Gifts for Rails by phone, fax, or e-mail with any questions about a return.
- Does Gifts for Rails sell wholesale to clubs, gift shops, museums, etc.?
- Yes we do. Contact us for pricing and quantity quotes.
- How long does it take to ship my order?
- On-line orders that are paid for with a credit card ship within 3 business days. Mail-in orders ship 10 days after payment is received. (International orders may take up to 21 days before shipment if paid for with a non-US check.)
