Built in 1873 by Baldwin locomotive works, the "GENOA" is a 34 ton 4-4-0 American - type wood-burning locomotive. First retired in 1908. Reactivated in 1939 for the New York World's Fair as CP's Jupiter. Played CP's#60 Jupiter again in 1969 at Promontory Point, Utah for the Centennial of the Golden Spike Ceremony. The GENOA is currently displayed in Sacramento at the California State Railroad Museum.
